Policies

Billing/Shipping Address:

If your shipping and billing address does not match, your order will take longer to process. You will be asked to email a picture of your photo I.D, as well as a picture of the card used. If you cannot provide both documents, your order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to the card. 

Refunds and Returns:

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! We only issue store credit. Store credit inquiries must  have be applied for  within 7-10 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all the tags in place. If it does not meet these standards, we will NOT accept it. Refunds are only issued out when there is an issue on our end (ex: wrong item shipped, wrong size, wrong color.) Shipping fee's are non-refundable.

Processing:

Processing time is 1-3 days. Processing time includes, waiting for your payment to clear and be verified, packing of your order, and quality assurance. During Holidays/Sales this time may be longer. Please note that processing  and shipping are two completely different stages!  Thank you!

Shipping:

Shipping is 2-4 days depending on where in the USA you are located.  To ensure a faster shipping time, please make sure you have entered the correct address. During Holidays/Sales/Pandemics the shipping time may be longer. Once your package is dropped off at the USPS/UPS/FedEx office, it is now in the care of Them! Any shipping issues you encounter, need to be directed to them. Thank You!
